These are a few nice spots for yummy lunches, coffees or casual dining:
- Sam's Kitchen
- Blue Quails Deli
- Adventure Cafe
Sam's kitchen, 61 Walcot street, ba1 5bn

This place is absolutely amazing - if you have the chance to have a meal here, go, go, go! :) The only problem is, I can never work out when they are serving meals. I think they only do dinners as a special occasion type thing. I've been once, and was blown away - like having a best friend who is an amazing cook prepare a meal for you in their home. But, if you are in Walcot, it's definitely worth popping in for a coffee and whatever else they might be serving at the time. |
blue quails deli, 7 bridge street, BA2 4as

This is part deli, part tiny cafe. They are justoff Pulteney Bridge, and are open from 8 for breakfast, and stay open until about 5, seven days a week. They have recently won awards for both the deli and the cafe. |
adventure cafe, 5 princes buildings, ba1 2ed

It says Princes Buildings, but it looks like George Street to me.... I really like this place - very casual, which homey healthy surfer comfort foods like smoothies, burgers, salads and pizzas. I've had some really yummy breakfasts here! |
